Nexutrek is an infrastructure and security company operating from Brazil. The contact address for any privacy matter is the email shown in the contact section of this site.
None through forms: the site has no sign-up form, no comments and asks for no personal data.
It sets no first-party cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.
Fonts and images are served from this same domain, so your IP address is not sent to any external service when a page loads.
Like any internet service, the server records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, pages requested, response code and browser identifier.
These logs are used only for security — abuse detection, intrusion attempts and availability diagnosis — never for profiling or advertising, and they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
The site is published behind Cloudflare, which processes requests to filter malicious traffic. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) to tell visitors apart from automated traffic; it does not identify individuals or serve advertising, and it expires in about 30 minutes.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you include in your message for one purpose only: to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Those messages are kept while the commercial conversation is active and for as long as needed to meet legal or tax obligations. They are not used for mass mailing and are not sold to third parties.
If you share company data, you can ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before sending any detail.
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of the personal data we process about you, as well as information about who it has been shared with.
Write to the contact email stating which right you wish to exercise. Replies are given within the deadlines set by law.
Communications with this site are encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. The site is static: the server runs no applications and no databases, which drastically reduces the attack surface available to a third party.
Administrative access uses key authentication, least privilege and activity logging.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Significant changes are announced on the site's home page.
